Meet Dr. Gharagozloo
Dr. Gharagozloo is the daughter and granddaughter of dentists. From a young age she knew she wanted to work in the medical field. She became a registered nurse (RN) and worked for five years as a pediatric ICU nurse before deciding to further her education. She then became a physician assistant, obtaining her graduate degree from St. Louis University. As a PA, she worked in the demanding fields of cardiothoracic and plastic surgery at the Mayo Clinic.
Through her work in plastic surgery, Dr. Gharagozloo saw how life-changing dentistry could be and she wanted to become a part of it. She received her DDS from the University of Maryland in 2000. She has continued her postgraduate education at such prestigious institutions as the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, the Hornbrook Group and the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies.
Her passion for healing and patient care, combined with her sense of aesthetics and artistry have guided her in her career. They are the qualities that distinguish her in the dental profession.
